7 Day Diet Plan And Recipe Cabbage Soup Diet

– 1 package Lipton soup mix

– 1 or 2 cubes of bouillon (optional)

– 1 48 ounce can V8 juice (optional)


Cooking Soup

Make the vegetables into small pieces and place these pieces of vegetables into a pot, and 


cook the onion soup mix as a liquid base. V8 juice is also recommended. Then boiled let it 

simmer for 10 minutes or until tender. You can boil the vegetables until they boil soft, but if 

you want it chunky, you have the ability to turn the heat after a few minutes. Some people 

have different varieties of soup, giving an Indian twist to the dish by adding curry. Some 

people also place different herbs like parsley or sage to give it aromatic flavor

First Day

The first day reserved for fruit. Any kind of fruit can be eaten, except bananas. The dieter can

Second Day

On the second day, vegetables are the food of choice. You can eat it raw or cooked without 


calories or carbohydrate content. The diet is the vegetables such as beans, corn and peas. The 

diet proposes to take in as much cabbage soup for the dieter. For dinner the dieter is a baked 

potato with a little butter allowed. However, the dieter is not any kind of fruit is allowed

Third Day

The third day is the fusion of days one and two. The dieter can as much fruit and vegetables 


as well have the cabbage soup that day, but for a baked potato is not allowed

Fourth day


The dieter can eat bananas today and milk (should be skimmed) , Eat up to 8 bananas and 


drink skimmed milk as much as you want. Both types of food and drink mentioned containing 

carbohydrates, and calories you need to replace your need for sweet after the first 3 days of 

the program. Cabbage soup still you consume throughout the day this 4th

Fifth day

Beef on that day will be introduced, but only ten to twenty ounces and raw tomatoes can be 


eaten , but it should not exceed six tomatoes in all. Drink as much as eight glasses of water 

today. The cabbage soup intake can be reduced only once a day.

Sixth Day

The dieter eat as much beef and vegetables today. And your cabbage soup intake can only 


occur once a day. Consumption in accordance with your wishes, even you can take 2 to 3 

steaks today, but without potatoes.

Seventh Day

The last day you can consume brown rice, brown rice is the first truly high-carbohydrate food 


that taken by the dieter. The soup should be taken once a day and fruit juices and vegetables,
